 How can I fulfill my life? If I was full of "WHAT IFs"  because of this kind of (cycle circumstances).

It makes me think of those moments when you see something, not just with your eyes but heart and soul.

It's a perfect title for a story about appreciating life and love because it suggests that there's a deeper way of experiencing the world, a way that goes beyond the surface.
