I didn't ever think I would end up in a position like this. My name is Scarlet Elizabeth Duchannes - Swan. My parents are Lena Duchannes and Ethan Wate so that makes me Sara Fine's grandaughter. My parents beat Sara Fine and broke the curse that my great great great grandmother - Gennive Duchannes - casted upon my family. My great uncle, Macon Ravenwood, put me up for adoption (he thought my parents had lived with enough struggle and didn't need a child) he told them I died a few hours after I was born. I was adopted by Renee and Charlie when I was 1 and Renee was pregnant. I am 1 year older than Bella. When Renee and Charlie divorced I stayed with Charlie and Bella with Renee. Read my story as I experience love, pain and loss.

Her overbearing father won't even let her choose what instrument she plays. Then she finds herself alone at a party with Ren, her best friend's crush.
