I Just Can't Win

Kara Days just transferred from Australia and adjusting into her new school isn't easy. That is until a boy catches her eye. A rather outgoing, popular, social and handsome guy, who is the literal opposite of her. But he's enough to take her mind of things at home, where her family is tearing into pieces. And she doesn't want much. Just to be able to look at him from afar, or maybe oogle at his tousled blonde hair. That is, until he starts noticing her. And she starts to want more than she might be able to get. But she just can't seem to win. Especially compared to all the other girls he could be with. What can she do but sit aside and see him with others? And what should she do when she starts to want too much?
