Bothersome [Hetalia]

Massachusetts absolutely dreads state meetings. They are boring, slow, and headache inducing. He hopes to get in and get out without any fights. Unfortunately, New York sat beside him. This would've been fine if he would stop pestering him mid-meeting. The two rarely are on good terms. Right before Massachusetts heads out to return to his boring life in Boston, his good friend, Rhode Island, stops him and begs him to attend a party for the Original Thirteen Colonies that New York is hosting. Rhode Island is the only state that Massachusetts told about his condition, so he believes it will help Mass if he gets out of his house and hangs out with the others. or will it?

This is a story concerning my Hetalia state OC's. It will get a little angst because of what I plan to write and that I will use this as a vent of my feelings and stress via character building.
