Things in Central City are hardly ever normal. After discovering Dr. Wells was the Reverse-Flash though, Barry Allen didn't think his life could get any weirder. But the arrival of a new villain, his vigilante, and a near-death experience (that forces him to tell Iris his identity) may top previous experiences.
Now it will take all of Barry's resources, a little help from the Arrow, and an alliance with the new vigilante to stop this new threat. As soon as they get the new guy to stop firing at them.
