He naturally thought of the world as a place where fairness didn't exist. He learned to care much lesser, to limit his attachments, and built walls around his heart so no one can break in. But when his long-lost childhood friend comes back to his life, his world starts to change, shaping it, molding it into a beautiful illusion. "Lan Zhan," he calls him, and when he looks back with those graceful eyes, he knew he'd never look away again.
