WHEN IT COMES TO YOU

A young Nija witnesses her brother getting murdered as they leave the grocery store near their house. The murderers flee from the scene and Nija is left with her brother bleeding out in her arms. A bunch of people come to help her and she runs back home to tell her mom and her mom blames her for his death.

Years later Nija is still traumatised by everything that happened with her brother and she's left blaming herself for everything. She works at a barbershop within in the city and as she's working an NBA player named Jamar walks get a fresh trim and he ends up being intrigued by Nija.

Nija and Jamar start talking and become friends,later down the line Jamar falls for Nija but will Nija allow herself to fall for Jamar and fight her past thats eating her up? And will they overcome the drama that will come as their relationship grows strong?
