Dazai and Akutagawa are a couple. Aku is treated badly by Dazai.

Aku is abused mentally and physically by Dazai, he doesn't care about Akutagawa, he does what he wants.

One time, Aku gets fed-up with all the crap and Dazai cheating on him multiple times, not even trying to hide it, having a bad life, he runs away.

What fate awaits Akutagawa? Dazai is more than pissed at Aku. Chuuya felt a little bad and he cried on Dazai's shoulder. Dazi is going to break Aku for daring to make Chuuya cry.
