Dan and his turtle kids were going through some of Dan's things when they find a picture Of 2 dogs and Dan smiles at this since it's been a long time since he's seen them. Dan then tells the story how he met the white puppy with spots. Dan is invited to a party along with Joe and they learn that Blue is having this party because She learned that she has a baby brother. And so Dan, Joe, and Blue go to Puppyvile to find him and to find him they have to play a special Blue's Clues or Gold Clues to figure it out. And as they played Gold Clues they meet a puppy that is solid white that wants to earn his spots and joins them and they help each other.
