This is a continuation of Christian Blanco's "Tales Of The Hunger Games" series.

This is my victor and my games, but his Killing of the Wolves, the Blackmail Storyline, and Mutt belongs entirely to Panem Academy, I don't claim ownership of the Idea or their Mutts that they made, this is just a reimaging of their 17th Hunger Games but in the Tales of The Hunger Games Universe.

We all know about Horror Stories, and their Writers, Right? Stephen King, R.L. Stine,  H.P. Lovecraft, well, who said Panem had none of that? One of them has just been Reaped for the 107th Hunger Games, but will he Survive, or will he perish like his Protagonists? What will he do? Is he Cunning? Or is he a Pelletier? On the Other Hand, Basil Amber Undergrove is Finally a Mutt Maker and is making the Mutt for that Year's Games, he has his Own Team, the only problem is that something is Happening Behind his Back, and he knows it, what will he discover?Alle Rechte vorbehalten

One is the main mansion, where we all used to live until it got really crowded, and then the second mansion belongs to Gracie. Her mansion is by a waterfall, just a ten minute walk away. Most of us have super powers. I mean, if the Capitol can make mutts, surely we can give ourselves super powers. Gracie has black wings, Talia has super speed, Chris has super strength, Derrick can make himself invisible. Nina can make herself invisible and make force fields too. We all have issues here. Sierra doesn't talk. Chris is a germaphobe. Chase cuts himself. We all have reasons for running away from the districts and the Capitol, but we've all found sanctuary here. This is the second book of our adventures, a sequel to Outside the Districts.
