A training exercise turned wrong as the Harekaze fired upon the Sarushima, followed with the dissapearance of multiple ships in area in or not in the exercise. In response, Japan declared a state of emergency and deployed the JMSDF, along with the Blue Mermaids and White Dolphins sending in their own ships to help deal with a suspected mutiny. Little did they know, they were about to face the worst crisis since the sinking of the mainland.
