While Neopolia appears to be your average country, it has its flaws, one of which is a secret laboratory, Ashfield Concentration Laboratory (ACL), where most elemental humans are forced into labor and used for experiments. Soleil Dubois was the sweetest person you could ever meet. Her name meant 'sun' in French and that was exactly what she was. Sunshine.
