I.M.P. members went to the human world to try to kill the target, but found out that the target was already dead, so when they listen to his voice recording to anyone who hears him, they heard what he said and made them realized he's like them before being dead, he request to everyone to take all of his Movies and Games, so they accepted his request and takes all of his things and to back of their to watch and play them. However, it attracts too many people, one half of those who wish to play and/or watch with them, and the other is getting suspected about the suspension of other people and the unknown rumors about the "thing" they were talking about. They decided going around the 9 rings and then world with everyone who's interested in the Games and the Movies.
