Young Naomi Blight, 12th Fatui Harbinger, is forced to accompany Tartaglia to Liyue by the Tsaritsa. When Naomi gets bored of simple diplomatic missions, she ventures out into Liyue Harbor on her own. She meets new "friends" whom she finds things in common with.
A disaster in Liyue causes Naomi to question her loyalty to the Tsaritsa, along with the entirety of the Fatui. Will she choose to stay loyal? Or will she choose to go against the fatui and face the consequences?
