From a district partner who *probably* hates him, to the eccentric John Smith who kidnapped him on the train, Jace is not getting his anticipated Hunger Games hype experience. The District 8 Female, Kyara Evergreen is super hot, but careers can't alliance with outliers, right? With Emily Chen kicking him out of his own suite, Jace might as well give it a shot... Oh wait, her friend, the District 6 Female, Vienna Woods, is also super hot! Don't let your memes be dreams, because Jace certainly won't!
On a more serious note, the US government uses a Discord game server to create the perfect tacticians for an impending war, using the Hunger Games and RPG-based mechanics. As the final test, the best individuals' consciousness are uploaded to a Hunger Games simulation. Only one can survive.
