At the beginning of 8th year Harry finds out he has to be resorted. And when the hat calls out everyone is shocked. But Harry has long decided before that fateful day. That he doesn't give a fuck anymore. He died. And he is back alive. And he will be damned if anyone takes away his freedom and right to live his life again.

When Hermione finds her self coming back to Hogwarts for a Manditory 8th year, she is put in a place she shouldn't be. A place too close to Draco Malfoy a place were it should be impossible for her to stand and Draco is determined to find out why and how. We, The Ministry have decided that all people who were in attendance of they're seventh year at Hogwarts during the war is required to return back to Hogwarts for a mandatory 8th year.
