── 𝙞𝙣 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙝 𝙫𝙞𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖 𝙛𝙪𝙟𝙞𝙞's family invites their new neighbouring family, the ORIMOTOS and she meets her first-ever friend! Rika Orimoto. Their friendship grows and their bonds deepen. But little did Viella know what had to come upon her due to her little friendship.

That's when the nightmares begin.

Viella dreams of witnessing Rika's death right before her eyes.

She wakes up, tears streaming down her face, her eyes swollen from the pain. From that moment, Viella makes a promise to herself, she will save Rika Orimoto, no matter the cost ── or at least try.

Throughout time, Viella meets many people, including Yuta Okkotsu, who becomes a close friend of both her and Rika. But everything changes when the news comes out, 𝙍𝙞𝙠𝙖 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙢𝙪𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙.

The Fujii family decides to move away, leaving Yuta all alone. Sadly, tragedy strikes once more when a car accident claims the lives of Viella's family, except for her older brother, whom she manages to save.

It's the one day which marks the beginning. Brutally bruised by a multiple eyes monster, her eyes were begging her to close but she sees a faint silhouette of a tall man which forces her so cling on the last thread of hope right before it falls apart.

For some weird reason, 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐦 𝐚 𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐞 before darkness consumed her.
