'Everyone knows Tommy' is a common saying in Portland town. Tommy Heart made it his goal to help everyone live their fantasy life, no matter how seemingly impossible or greedy their fantasy life was, Tommy ways helped. But a motorcycle accident soon puts Tommy in a coma. With Tommy in a coma, all of Portland towns people fell into a depression and slowly the town starts to fall apart. April Heart, Tommy's little sister pledges to help everyone just like her brother did. She soon finds out that Tommy had a journal recording how he helped every single person, with her friends and Tommy's journal, she sets off in a adventure to make Portland the town it was before.
