Violet was a simple girl. She never had any friends. She wasn't talented. But, she was depressed. Bullied for how she looks, dresses, and every thing about her. She finally decided to end it. That is until a new girl arrives at her school. Dakota is exactly like Violet. Before they know it, they become best friends, that is, until Veronica, the school bully, comes into play. She tears Dakota away from Violet, and Violet decides to run away. When she finally makes her way back home, with the help of Nathan, a small town Indiana boy, she discovers that Dakota has landed herself in the hospital. Attempted suicide....
