As Elizabeth stared at the broken necklace, her head spun. Questions rang in her head as to how this could've happened. She has tried over and over again, she has changed everything she could, why does this always happen? Why can't she keep the necklace from breaking? Was she always doomed to fail?
No... No, she couldn't stand for it. She won't. She would protect the one gleam of light in her life. Even if she had to break the timeline to do so.
