'Could these walls ever break?'

Miserable party animal Kian Lancaster thought he found new hope in his pre-planned life when he met Charlotte Diaz during freshman year in college. Cheery and a ray of sunshine, Charlie made him feel special and loved. But along with her came a part of his life in the form of a nerdy guy he wasn't yet ready to meet. He seemed like her other half. And not to mention--that annoyed Kian.

Ariel Wallace definitely did not like the fact that a random 'cool'-looking stranger was taking away his best friend from him. When the simple hanging out turned into lowkey flirting, to which Charlie was way too oblivious, Arie felt himself growing...wait, was that jealousy?

Therefore, when he found a drunk Kian sulking in one corner of the café where he part-timed, he was thrown off.
It didn't help when it became regular. Each Friday, Kian would be in that same corner, engulfed in his gloominess, and Ariel would have to face his rival.
As days went by the annoyance gave rise to curiosity.
Why was Kian there every time? Was it only because of his unrequited love? Or was there a side to him that was hidden from everyone?
Why did Ariel seem less annoying those times? Why did he act almost...comforting? Was Kian just blinded by arrogance and did not see his reality?

Will they ever find out?
