When Toothless saves Hiccup during his final test inside the dome, instead of being captured, both Human and Dragon escape. Parting with the only person that knew their secret, a promise of returning, the two leave the island in search of something new.
After years the two return, but no longer is the island of Berk the same and neither are the Dragon his rider.
There will be mature themes within this story, such as torture, killing of different brutality, strong language, sexual content, and more.
I will be incorporating dragons from other series and movies and maybe some weapons and technology, but characters from others series will be mentioned. I will also be using sub-dragon species as well.

How would the story go if Hiccup had been taken by Cloudjumper instead of Valka? What if Hiccup was raised by the dragons, in the ice sanctuary, for twenty years? Until one day, he finds himself stuck on Berk. Discoveries are made, new friends are found, and Hiccup's life changes significantly. Will he go back home to the ice sanctuary and forget about Berk? He took Toothless and his most treasured belongings and high-tailed it out of there. When he runs into his long-lost mother, life looks up for Hiccup. He's found a place where he belongs. Meanwhile, on Berk, the village assumed Hiccup was dead by a Night Fury's doing and left it at that. Astrid and her friends, however, didn't think such.
