On August 25th, 2010, an extraordinary and unimaginable event unfolded. Contrary to the countless apocalyptic prophecies that had circulated, no one could have foreseen the emergence of a virus that could make the dead walk. This unforeseen turn of events caught humanity entirely off guard, as no one had expected that a seemingly innocuous virus could possess such deadly capabilities. 

30-year-old Angela Wilson never imagined that she would be forcibly separated from her two daughters and husband, and she was uncertain of when she would be reunited with them. She escaped with her 1-year-old son, Alma, and sought refuge in a secluded cabin nestled deep in the woods on the outskirts of Atlanta. The dense forest provided a sense of seclusion and safety, shielding them from the chaos and uncertainty that had engulfed their lives.

After months of surviving alone in the wilderness, she eventually comes across a young girl who appears frightened, covered in dirt, and bearing signs of being injured from her time in the woods. Will she take the girl back to her mother or care for the little girl?
