Everyone has the same choice: Do you want to survive or do you want to live? Yana has had to answer this on more than one occassion. Her life has been thrown about so often that when really, all she wants to do is survive, she's dragged along on "One final adventure." But can this one adventure change her in ways she could have only ever imagined.
