Piyush Goyal- Hon'ble Union Minister of Maharashtra at the MoU Signing Ceremony at Sports Authority of India Regional Center Mumbai. The MoU between State Govt. of Maharashtra and Sports Authority of India signifies a historical ceremony as it was signed for the establishment of the National Center of Excellence (NCOE) in Kandivali, Mumbai, aiming to create a state-of-the-art sports infrastructure for the future athletes.
