What happens when it begins to snow in both heaven and hell? What happens when strange Arch ways appear in both heaven and hell? What does both populace think about these Arch ways? 

Well, in heaven, the higher ups knew it wasn't of god's design. So, they stayed away from it, not letting anyone besides the more powerful angels go through it. In hell, well some recklessly ventured through, and only few came back. Those that did, said that it was a frozen wasteland, their skin seemingly being covered in frostbite within a matter of minutes. The frost itself didn't seemed to melt, even if the person held their frostbitten over the hottest of flames in hell, it wouldn't melt.
