It happened October 31st, in the small, rural town of Dubey, Washington. A boy named Caesar mysteriously vanishes on Halloween night. Only two people know of the boy's odd last seen sighting-Noah Levine and Sam Dudley. In a horrifying twist, Noah claims to have seen the dismembered body of his lost friend Caesar inside the Finnigan's house, his peaceful old neighbors. But no forensic evidence can back up that claim. Levine cannot seem to lean towards the side of reality, so in a skewed turn of events, he finds himself angling towards the side of insanity. Does what happened somehow co-reside with the haunting past tales of his family?
