After Dragon's Rising, the merged realms are at peace. But that peace could be endangered. A biker gang is threatening it again. The gang is led by the ninja's old enemies, Killow and Ultra Violet. With the appearance mysterious new elemental master, and the merged realms may not be as safe as everyone thinks...
Note: this takes place after Dragons Rising season two, but includes characters that aren't in Dragons Rising as we know of, and Jay is in it with his memory back unlike in the season.
