Haruki Kimura, Better known by his villain name, The Ripper, is part of a small but very powerful and well known villain squad called the Musutafu Assembly of Chaos, along with his teammates Bakugo, Deku, Kirishima and Mina. One day, during a bank heist (All villains need funding!) Thye get captured by heroes.
However, since they're all teenagers and they can't legally throw them in tartarus (yet) (plus there's no juvies secure enough to hold these mfs) a certain mouse/dog/bear decides to have the squad do rehab.
