The last thing a camp councillor expected to find was the skeletal remains of a person.

Confirming that it was not Native American bones, the NYPD was immediately on the case, specifically William Lockwood.

Young Officer Thomas Crow gets promoted out of his uniform and is now a junior detective underneath William's wing.

Hoping to learn a lot from the experienced detective, he soon realizes that people dislike Lockwood for a bunch of different reasons, but is he really that bad?

Will they solve the decade old murder mystery, or will the case join the other cold cases?
