Chung myung, yn and tang bo are the bestest of friends, they have an unbreakable bond, on a faithful day, the demon cult announced war against the world, tang bo passed away while participating in that very war and leaves everything up to yn and chung myung, a month later, on the final battle, all mount hua disciples loose their life, nearing one of the ten great sects extinction, chung myung makes the final blow and is gravely wounded, yn is laying hopelessly ontop of dead righteous sect's corpses, she watches chung myung pull the final blow and end the battle, but it too late, not only for yn but also for Chung myung, after killing cheonma, chung myung feel ontop of corpses beside yn, she could see the look on his face, he was worn out, 'good night my bestest friend, chung myung-ah' was yn's last words

However, a strange, rat-like creature led him astray into a deep forest, far away from his entourage. Inside this forest, he found a pagoda, which he soon realised functioned as a gate of sorts that, once he stepped through it, led him to discover more about his kingdom, as well as himself, than he'd ever hoped to learn. And to think he only wanted to reunite with his family as soon as possible... Spoilers for all 5 books!!!!
