I forgive you. Aziraphale watched as Crowley walked out the door. He'd seen the demon walk out of the bookshop a million times, always knowing that he'd walk right back in the same door tomorrow. This time, the door closed with a stifling sense of irrevocability. This time, Crowley wasn't just walking out of his bookshop. This time, Crowley was walking out of his life. I forgive you. Foolish. Meanwhile, Crowley is just trying to make the Bentley stop playing Taylor Swift.

Crowley finally did it. He confessed his feelings the best he could to the only person that mattered to him in this whole universe... And what was he left with? This story is about an angel and demon you are most likely familiar with by now, however, throughout the story you will find out more and more about these mysterious beings and how they really feel deep inside. (This is my first Good Omens fic and I hope y'all like it :) I'll try my best to mend all our broken hearts from that season 2 finale) *The story could be mature if I continue it anymore, but that all depends on how many people read it. As of right now, It's mainly PG13 though*

When Crowley finally shows up at his bookshop and tries to confess his feelings for the angel, he breaks up. Leaving an angry demon and a very sad angel. Not knowing what they gonna do. Little do both of them know that these weren't exactly the commands from God herself...

"Why are you doing this?" Aziraphale's voice is faint, his breathing uneven. Crowley doesn't lift his eyes to see the sickly look on his face, the twist of pain where only joyous smiles should ever be. "Bandages need changing", he mumbles, eyes fixed firmly on his working hands. "No. I meant-" He can hear as Aziraphale swallows. "Why do you care for me?" It isn't just 'why do you take care of me'. It's 'why do you still care at all'. Crowley has to close his eyes for a second, makes sure Aziraphale doesn't see. "Cause you're here", he says, voice carefully detached, "and you're hurt, and you need someone. And that someone's gotta be me." "Why?" He won't answer that. He can't answer that. "Don't ask stupid questions." ~oOo~ Or, the one where Heaven punishes Aziraphale the only way they know how, Crowley is there to help pick up the pieces, and maybe they can build something new and much more beautiful from both their broken shards. Warning for blood and injury, aftermath of physical violence, drinking as a coping mechanism, symptoms of depression - heed the tags!
