Beam sprinted, heart pounding a frantic rhythm against his ribs. Where was Phana when he needed him? Stuck, entangled with his new partner. Beam cursed silently. This wouldn't have happened if he hadn't messed with... well, irrelevant now. Ten furious Geography students were gaining on him fast.
He launched himself over the fence of a ramen shop, skidding to a halt in front of a group of engineering students, all identical blue jackets a stark contrast to his pounding heart. Beam recognized one of them - Forth Jaturapoom.
