The twins have served their time in prison, or what is known as the "Rageous Detention Center for Troubled Youth". It is soon discovered that the twins are now from the upper city...but from a city below the cloud line...a cyberpunk, dystopian city known as Under Rageous. A city with hardly any laws....and a wide range of Rageon subspecies. They are sent back much to their distaste. Upon their arrival, the twins found out they are being hunted...the hunt only grows as they are revealed to be the children of the most notorious mafia lord of the under-city, Vaughn Montegue.
