On the end of a street in Los Angeles, there's a lonesome store with the scent of sex and love, velvet red, and romantic things. In it is a single employee who works magic, able to manipulate Cupid's Arrow with the consent of the client, as delicious as chocolate, sly as a fox, graceful as a cat, and has one big juicy secret: she's immortal! And she works for the Goddess of Love herself. Amie works as the person who ensures the Red String of Fate is working correctly and if it isn't, she'll bend the rules of the mortals and Love, piss Cupid off, and get away since, after all, he is a momma's boy. But the humans don't know this. Amie works behind the scenes until a rumor is started about a miracle a woman experienced, and honestly, Amie didn't want to deal with teenagers of all sorts crawling in and out with hopes of finding our their love luck. For goodness sake, she wasn't a fortune teller!
