Natalie Grant, a dedicated Guest Service Manager in Jamaica, is passionate about her job but secretly yearns for more adventure beyond the resort's walls. When Junwoo, a South Korean K-pop idol from the renowned boy band Dreamzkape, arrives for a quiet retreat, he hopes to escape the pressures of fame and focus on his mental health. Natalie is assigned to take care of a VIP guest , realizes that this guest is Junwoo, and is torn between professionalism and fan excitement, however she is professional and keeps her cool.
