Young seventeen year old Chloe Price finds a stranded Border Collie puppy in her front yard after finding out her childhood best friend has come back to Arcadia Bay. As she doesn't think anything of it, she takes it to the vet before thinking of keeping the pup or not. 

Chloe has always wanted a dog, and as she brings the puppy home, she connects with the puppy after finding out the puppy can talk with a similar humor to her.

Now, she has to keep the puppy safe while dealing with her home life and reconnecting with her childhood best friend.
