The Outcasts is a story following a reporter from a local newspaper digging into the local underground street racing scene. Little does he know, but he's about to dive way deeper than he originally bargained for.

The story takes place in a small midwestern town in the mid 2000s.

Also what they being trained for is ambiguous. Think contest battles, possibly normal battle too sometimes.)
