Dylan Young has earned his reputation as Elkstown's most notorious troublemaker. His name is known by everyone in the small town, even if he doesn't know theirs. For years, he's been a constant thorn in the side of the local police, his rebellious nature hiding the dark past that only his close friend Christian is aware of.

Everything changes when Alexander Black, a new cop in town, arrives and arrests Dylan three times within his first few weeks on the job. Their encounters are anything but friendly, and it quickly becomes clear that they can't stand each other.
