The Tormented

Bellamy Perkins has always heard voices that weren't really there, and been pestered by visions of the dead. Written off as being mentally ill, it wasn't until he met paranormal investigator Cullen O'Connell that he was brought into the world of the supernatural. Demons and ghosts were very real, and Bellamy had a special ability to communicate with them.

Several years later, Bellamy has now taken over the O'Connell detective agency. Where he was once but a paranoid boy that was skeptical of everyone and everything, he is now a troubled man who struggles with addiction to help quiet all the noise. Occasionally a case will come through that is worth looking into, but for the most part he spends his days and nights locked away inside his tiny apartment too high or hungover to exist as functioning part of society...

Until the day a case crosses his desk that is unlike any evil he has ever seen before. Forcing him to sober up and seek out old colleagues to help him put a stop to a plot bigger than he can handle on his own.
