"A Glimpse of Temptation"
I close my eyes, leaning my forehead against hers, breathing in her sweetness. Her melody wraps around us like silk, and for a moment, I let myself drown in it. In her. Then suddenly, the song stops, and a growl escapes my throat before I can stop it.
"The song's ended, sir," she whispers, her voice small and impossibly innocent.
I can't help the dark chuckle that rumbles through my chest. Sir. That word again, falling from her lips like a prayer, making my control slip every single time. She has no idea what it does to me-has been doing to me since that first night when she looked up at me with those doe eyes and called me 'sir'.
"Has it now, princess?" I murmur, my thumb tracing her lower lip. She shivers, and the reaction shoots straight through me. "And here I thought you were just being disobedient."
Her eyes widen slightly. "I wouldn't-I mean, I didn't mean to-"
"Shh," I silence her, amused by her flustered response. Everything about her is so pure, so untouched. It makes me want to corrupt her slowly, thoroughly, until she's ruined for anyone else. "Do you have any idea what you do to me when you call me that?"
She blinks, confusion crossing her features. "Sir?"
Fuck. The innocent question in her voice nearly breaks me. "Yes, princess. That." I trace my fingers down her throat, feeling her pulse jump under my touch. "Every time you say it, I think about how it would sound in... other situations."
