The Man in The Cornfield

Tabitha is a 20 year old black girl that lives in a boring in the middle of nowhere. The only excited thing she knows about her town is the myth of a man who comes every 23 years and feasts for 23 days every spring. She does not believe this myth however, because how could she but she starts to realize how serious the town takes this myth when they start boarding up their houses and planning to leave for 23 days. She doesn't know if she should leave or stay to see if the myth is real herself. All she has to do is wait to meet the mysterious man in the cornfield.
