This universe also revolves around Elena and Matt. Elena, from the Philippines, and Matt, from the UK, both grew up in Barcelona, Spain. Childhood friends, they went to high school together in Spain.

Elena and Matt were inseparable and promised to stay together. However, a tragic accident occurred, leaving Elena seriously hospitalized, unable to walk, and with no memory of Matt. All she knew was that someone saved her, and in despair, she cried out from her hospital bed, wishing she hadn't survived.

Matt blamed himself for the accident and left Barcelona, returning to the UK to pursue drama school. Meanwhile, Elena suffered in Barcelona, until one day she saw an actor on TV-Matt Smith-who inspired her to keep living. Unbeknownst to her, the actor was her former boyfriend.

Determined to pursue acting despite her condition, Elena enrolled in a drama school. However, due to her physical limitations, no one gave her a chance. Hearing that her idol, Matt Smith, would be performing in a play called Give Me A Kiss, she traveled to England, hoping to see him. She arrived too late to enter the theater but stayed outside, hoping to catch a glimpse of him. When Matt appeared, he recognized her immediately. However, Elena, unaware of their past, was simply fangirling over her idol, not realizing he was her first love.
