The leather-clad hero slowly walked towards his lady, tears mixing in with the rain pouring down on him.
"Ladybug?" His voice trembled as he called out.
He knelt beside her, gently shaking her body.
"Marinette, please. Please wake up." Chat Noir pleaded, desperation in his tone.
The storm raged like his heart, dark clouds swirling ominously as rain continued to pour down.
But no matter how much Chat Noir shook her, Ladybug remained unresponsive.
