Caroline was a simple girl. She lived a normal life, other than the fact that she was adopted. She had been told that her parents died shortly after giving her up for adoption. She loved her adoptive mother, an older woman who never had her own children. She was almost 21, and enjoying her time in college. What she doesn't know is that on her 21st birthday in less than a week, she'll shift into her wolf for the first time and find her mate. She has no clue what is going to happen. What will happen when she meets her mate, a handsome young Alpha at the age of 25 who's heart has gone cold after having no sign of his mate, at her surprise party?
