Eris Blake, a 24-year-old doctor who works at the Evergreen Hospital, unexpectedly get's involve in the Black Spades case.

She can't help but feel suspicious of the man she met named Adam, so she tries to investigate and get close to him, but little does she know she's walking straightly into his trap.

Wilbrook, a simple town known for its low crime rate. Until October 2nd, 1969 took place. A group called the "Black Spades" made their warning by bomming the Groggen's Theatre's on it's 28th Anniversary.

5 people died, 19 were severely wounded, and 1 missing.

And that accident was already 7 years ago, the police tried to investigate but found nothing, no trace of the missing person. Eversince that day, the Black Spades din't do anything else, until now.
