Back when everything was good, elementary school, Karen and Kyle were best friends. They kind of had to be though because they were twins after all. When they went to middle school, their worlds starting falling apart, in two separate ways. Karen made plenty of friends and was ever so popular but poor Kyle was left with no one who understood him. Even his sister didn't understand him anymore. During their eighth grade year, thing changed for the worst. Karen may never see Kyle again and Kyle may never see Karen again.
