Noctis Hollow is a small town in Utah. There is the Noctis Hollow Police Department with a great staff. Blood analyst Dexter Morgan works there, During the day he works for the police and at night he is a serial killer who will kill the murderers who escape punishment. One day a young student Light Yagami comes to him and says he wants his help. tells him about a dangerous killer who extracts the organs of his victims. Dexter decides to discover the truth with Light.
