She didn't see it coming. All she knew was partying and having the time of her life. 

Ivy Henderson never saw the shock that came on the night of her sixteenth birthday. 

Now stuck with a bitter beginning to her junior year she doesn't know how to handle the loss that came with it. Ivy's parents always adored her and was the apple in their eye. She's not so used to having to work for everything. Her aunt changes the way she lives though. 

With junior year starting and chaos ensuing, Ivy didn't expect for much. Until the one day the new boy moves in and lives in her old home. What's worse is the odd connection she feels towards him and the scary way he seems to know about her parents death like he was literally there. When she thinks her parents death was an accident, the cops think differently. Ivy doesn't know what to think anymore. All she trusts is the new boy in town that might have darker secrets than she can even handle.
