Shade lives in Cloudhaven, a floating metropolis filled with life and magic. Life is perfect; not a kit is left uncared for, not an elder is left to fend for themselves. Everyone is content.
She is content. Until the nightmares came.

It is said that the animals imbued with ancient power can have prophetic dreams, and even powers. That the Moon and stars influence fate, drawing in creatures from far and wide to a place of mystery and power. They reveal what could happen, and what has come to pass.
What will become of Cloudhaven if all she sees is disaster?
And what who is the mysterious blue cat that keeps appearing in her dreams?

There are secrets the Elders have kept hidden, from the city they rule and the creatures beyond.

Beyond Shade's home, ignorance is not a bliss. It is death.
